Achvat Amim, meaning 'Solidarity of Nations' in Hebrew, is a unique movement-building project that directly engages with the reality of the Israeli-Palestinian region through grassroots human rights work and critical education, based on the core value of self-determination for all peoples. Rooted in Jewish values and a desire for a more just world, Achvat Amim offers young activists a way to find their place in the movement for peace, freedom, and equality alongside Israelis and Palestinians.

Summer Solidarity Cohort

Spend five weeks of your summer on the ground working directly with Palestinians and Israelis in the movement for justice and liberation. Participants will join a dynamic learning community in which we will explore and shape Jewish culture, identity, and activism as well as gain critical frameworks for understanding power, change-making, and movement-building.

Fellows living in the region participate in a weekly learning program to explore history, identity, politics, economics, spirituality, and the interconnections between them. In addition to weekly learning days, fellows participate in sustained volunteer and solidarity work with our Israeli and Palestinian partners.
